Luke A. Bomer is a Tulsa native and graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2003 with a B.S.B.A., in Finance. Luke obtained his J.D., from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2006, where he served as an Editor of the Tulsa Law Review.
Luke joined Johnson & Jones in June of 2007, and was elected shareholder in January of 2013. Prior to joining Johnson & Jones, Luke was an associate with another prominent Tulsa, Oklahoma law firm. Luke’s practice includes representing clients with respect to general corporate law, securities law, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, taxation, charitable foundations and real estate law.
Luke has been named as an Oklahoma Rising Star in Business/Corporate Law by Oklahoma Super Lawyers.
