
Kenneth E. Dornblaser has over 40 years of legal experience, and is a retired founder of the Firm. Ken most recently served eight years as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Laredo Petroleum, Inc., a publicly-traded oil and gas company, headquartered in Tulsa.
Ken obtained his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1980, where he graduated Order of the Coif and served as an Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review. Prior to attending law school, he obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Prior to his retirement, Ken’s practice with the Firm consisted primarily of general corporate law, with specialization in the areas of securities law, energy resources and mergers/acquisitions (with transactions valued in excess of $1 billion dollars).
Ken has been chosen by his peers for inclusion as one of the Best Lawyers in America and a Super Lawyer in the areas of corporate law, securities law and mergers and acquisitions.
